Below is a proposal in English and Conditions you should check and adjust according to the conditions you want to give the customer.
Terms
"Your name on Store" assumes that you (the customer) at all times of ordering has read our terms of purchase and delivery.
Customer is needed also to make sure that he or she is 18+ years or has the approval of his or her parents.
Customer also need to make sure to follow his or hers origin laws.
Prices are with taxes (VAT) included.
Pricelist (Within Sweden)
Clothing And Accessories: 40 kr
Order containing shoes or boots: 120 kr
Cash on delivery: +50 kr
Pricelist Europe (And the US)
Payment with Visa/Mastercard/Paypal EUR25 OR 250SEK

Payment With Visa/Mastercard/Paypal EUR50 OR 500SEK
If you shuld order with Cash on delivery and not retreive(cash) your delivery You will get an invoice with 250SEK
If you regret your order as it is already shipped, cash the package and send it back!
Delivery information
We, estimate the delivery time to 1-4 weeks, but i varies depending on the orderflow. Most of our items are not carried in stock, instead we regulary and often make purchase orders. Odium Clothing reserves the right to delays.
Returns and exchanges
You have right to regret your purchase for 30 days after getting your order. If you wish to return or change your items you shall take care of shipping expenses.
If you have regreted your purchase and wish to return an item, it must be in new condition. If it is not we will decline the return, fill out your form of returns wich was retreved with your order. Carefully read and follow the instuctions in this form, and dont forget to attach it with your return.

If there is something wrong with your item, with the manufactering or delivery we take care of all extra expenses involving sending the item back. That is if we do not have reason to belive that the damage is not self-inflicted by the purchaser.
All complaints shuld be written by email to us info@yourstore.com as soon as you detect the problem. Make sure to carefully describe the problem before returning the item (photos are great!).
